How to Book To book (a) space(s) on a tour, please fill out and submit the tour booking form. You will immediately receive notification of the status of your booking. A booking deposit of US$100 per person is required to confirm a booking. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice and pre-departure information including a clothing/ necessities list & detailed itinerary. Balance payment is due 60 days prior to tour commencement. Payments can be made by telex transfer, bank draft, or crossed check drawn in favor of Wayfarers Himalaya Adventures Pvt. Ltd., A/c # 01 04 21 17633 01, Nabil Bank Ltd., Kantipath, Kathmandu, Nepal. (SWIFT Code: NARBNPKA). We accept major credit cards; you should fax us a signed authorization with your card number, expiry date and amount. Cancellations should be made in writing or in person at least 3 days before trek departure. The following cancellation charges will apply:
